Abortion Laws in Poland

BBC ran a news article this week about Poland's abortion laws, which are so strict a woman who was warned about what childbirth might do to her eyesight suffered a retinal hemmorrhage after being denied an abortion from several doctors. Undoubtedly, the strictness of this law stems from Poland's nationwide Catholicism. You can read the full story at BBC.com.
