Eastern European Phrase Book

Tuesday March 14, 2006
The Berlitz Eastern European Phrase Book is a little gem of a book containing 300 phrases in several Eastern European languages. It's not very complete, and may seem a novelty to anyone who is fluent in any of the 12 languages featured, but it's handy for the first-time traveler and so small it will fit in a pocket. If you're planning on traveling to several countries at one time, the Berlitz phrase book is a vast improvement over taking several individual phrase books along.

Russia has great potential in the world of business, with valuable resources and a generation of 20-30-somethings who are starting to explore captalism's full potential. Russian business practices are undergoing change like other aspects of the formerly-Communist society. Given the right set of factors, Russia could be an economic powerhouse.
