IPF Revisited

Friday March 31, 2006
Big apologies to my readers and International Pen Friends. Previously, I had given credit to the European IPF site as being the "official" site of IPF. This was incorrect; IPF is based in Australia, and Julie Delbridge (the President of IPF) was good enough to write to me personally about my misinterpretation of the facts. However, she also brought attention to IPF's letter writing competition, which is sure to interest current and future members of IPF:

IPF also currently has a letter writing competition with prizes for individuals, school students (who join our student service) and schools. The prizes range from US$25-US$250. Entry is free for all current members of IPF, including new members who join before the competition's closing date of 31 July 2006. Details of the competition can be found at our web site http://www.ipf.net.au

Also note that, along with Andrea D'Ambra's European IPF site, other agents maintain websites as well. You can visit these sites at www.ipfpenfriends.comand www.ipfpenfriends.net.
