Kiev - Ukraine's Capital City

Friday September 28, 2007
Kiev, the capital city of the Ukraine, has long been an extremely significant center for Slavic culture and the Orthodox religion. While Kiev might not yet be making the most out of its visitor attractions, travelers to Kiev will find the city has plenty of historical sites to see that don't necessarily require guides to appreciate, like St. Sophia's Cathedral.
