Do's and Don'ts for Currency Exchange in Eastern Europe
Tuesday November 4, 2008
If you live in the States, it may be unusual for you to carry cash. Credit cards are so convenient, and it's a sign a business is behind the times if it doesn't accept Mastercard or Visa. In Eastern Europe, this is not the case.
