Bulgarian traditional cuisine is served at Chevermeto. A selection of Bulgarian wines and brandies are served here, as well. Not only that, but a whole lamb is prepared each evening, rotisserie-style, while you watch.

The interior of Chevermeto is warm and cluttered, with certain elements that call to mind a rustic past. Brightly-colored tablecloths in reds and greens bring a festive quality to dining. Guests will enjoy the folk performers, who, every evening, entertain with Bulgarian songs and dances.
