Castles:
Castles,such as Predjama Castle, are set in scenic landscapes that are usually seen only in the glossy pages of calendars. Mysterious, and with more than a hint of fairy-tale magic, Predjama Castle has secret passages and underground caves as a part of its structure. Esasmas Lueger was the castle's most intriguing inhabitant, and visitors can imagine him withstanding a year-long seige while food and supplies were brought in by the natural secret passage leading from the castle.
Landscape:
Slovenia is wonderful for nature lovers, hikers, and campers. Traipse through the beautiful Soca and Logar valleys, hike in the Julian Alps, explore The Karst, and visit Lake Bled. These natural vistas are dotted with historical sites. Adventures abound!
