In this Prague museum, you'll see sex machines that are precursors to our modern-day stimulators, chastity belts, iron corsets, and the like. Some are demonstrated by mannequins, others speak for themselves. The variety of appliances range from intriguing to disturbing, so be prepared to be surprised.

Boudoir clothing, historical contraceptive devices, and even Spanish adult films from the 1920s are on display. The exhibitions have been collected from around the world and have supposedly been researched thoroughly, but this is not always apparent. The museum is open from 10am to 11pm daily. It is easy to find, but you can miss it if you aren't looking for it. Just off of Old Town Square, opposite the Astronomical Clock, you'll find Melantrichova Street tucked between hotel and restaurant buildings. The sign for the Sex Machines Museums is easily identifiable. Be prepared to pay about 12 USD for your entry fee.
