Paska, Ukrainian Easter Bread

Ukrainian Easter bread, or paska, is a tall, cylindrical loaf, usually decorated with extra dough and glazed with egg. These Easter loaves have been iced, instead. Other versions of paska exist elsewhere in Eastern Europe.
