Nestled beside Dwor Artusa is the New Bench House with its ornately carved door and enormous iron knocker. The visage of a girl is supposed to appear in one of the windows of the New Bench House every day at 1 o'clock. She is said to be the ghost of Hedwiga, who was imprisoned in the house by an evil uncle.
