Prague Food Festival

By , About.com Guide

Prague's annual food festival is a 3-day celebration of food from the best chefs from the Czech Republic. Held at a different venue and time of year each time it is organized, the Prague Food Festival also makes the most of Prague's scenery and seasons.

Food at the Prague Food Festival:

Many different types of food - including French, Asian, and Czech - from restaurants around Prague are represented at the Prague Food Festival. Drink specialists also make an appearance. Some internationally recognized brands can be enjoyed, too. Olive oil tasting and a menu for children have also been a part of past Prague Food Festival programs.

Tickets for the Prague Food Festival:

Vouchers are used to pay for food purchased at the Prague Food Festival. An entry ticket is also required. Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the entrance of the festival location.

Times and Locations for the Prague Food Festival:

The event's location and time of year varies every time it is held. In 2010, the Prague Food Festival was held in May in the Prague Castle Gardens.
