Tchaikovsky State House Museum is Near Moscow:
The Tchaikovsky State House Museum in Klin is 85 km outside of Moscow, but it offers the best collection of Tchaikovsky memorabilia and artifacts about this famous Russian composer. It was here that Tchaikovsky spent the last years of his life and created many of his masterpieces.

The Tchaikovsky Museum in Klin preserves the quarters in which Tchaikovsky lived and worked. Visitors to the museum will see Tchaikovsky's piano, his library, and other personal belongings. In addition, some of his writing and music is on display.

Guests may want to take advantage of the museum shop or cafe. Concerts are sometimes held at the Tchaikovsky Museum in Klin.

How to Get to the Klin Tchaikovsky Museum:
The best way to get to Klin is by train. A train from Leningradsky train station runs to Klin; the ride is about an hour and a half. To get to the house museum, you'll take a bus (#5) from the train station.
