Tickets for the 30th Floor Viewing Platform
When you enter the Palace of Culture on the ground floor, you will find yourself in the main lobby. If you ask about tickets for the viewing platform, you will be pointed to a kiosk behind the main information desk. Purchase tickets from the kiosk and show them to the ticket taker.
Elevator to the Viewing Platfrom
Enter the elevator bay. One of the large elevators is marked as reserved for visitors, and it will take you to the 30th floor viewing platform. This elevator is run by Palace of Culture staff and does not respond to button pushing, so you may have to wait a few minutes before you can ascend into the upper levels of the building.
The Viewing Platform
The viewing platform offers panoramic views of Warsaw on all sides of the Palace of Culture. Though neighboring skyscrapers and the surrounding commercial district can be most readily seen, if you're familiar with Warsaw's layout you will also be able to spy landmarks such as the Old Town.
